Pastor Fuller serves as Bloomfield's Overseer and Senior Pastor. Prior to that, he served as Senior Pastor of New Testament Church in Memphis, TN.

The attributes that best describe Pastor Fuller as a Pastor are: anointed by the Holy Ghost to preach and teach God's Holy Word, leadership development Coach, and one with an impenetrable love for Christ and people. He has expressed a burning desire to lead a church like Bloomfield where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. He takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study. He exemplifies one who leads by example. Although imperfect of himself, "yet made  perfect in Christ", he continues to grow in Christ-minded maturity day by day.

       Sis. Johnson heads the Bloomfield Urban Initiative organization. This 501 c3 non-profit organization benefits the entire   community as well as Bloomfield. The BUI hosts Community events for the children of our surrounding communities including:

Annual Fishing Rodeo: Partnering with Bloomfield Baptist Church and Valero the Bloomfield Urban Initiative hosts our well renowned Fishing Rodeo. Children ages 7 to 17 years old are treated to a day of fishing, food and fun.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize trophies are awarded to children with the best catches at weigh in! It's a fun day for caregivers as well as the children.

Movie Night: A night out under stars with popcorn, candy, hot dogs and nachos while enjoying a family movie! This is a great way to spend quality time together as a family.

Back to School Supplies: Partnering with Bloomfield Children Church Ministry they hosts a day of supplying school essentials to children in our surrounding communities. These supplies aid the children in having a successful start to the school year!

The BUI provides various services as needs arise.

Sis. Johnson also serves in the Food Pantry Ministry and is a Church decorator here at Bloomfield. 

Sis. Langford declares that as leader of the New Members Discipleship Ministry:

Our  mission is to introduce each new member to the basic doctrine & teaching of our faith. We seek to welcome them into this Household of Faith by motivating them to have faithful, regular attendance. We also encourage new members to have times of both private and corporate Bible Study and prayer. We introduce them to various ministry opportunities here at Bloomfield and encourage them to utilize their Spiritual gifts and talents for God's Kingdom. Our utmost task is to teach each new  member to come to know God intimately, mature spiritually and become a soul winning disciple for Christ.

We are a  vibrant, full-of-Christ Church!

Sis. Reed serves as Co-Chair of the Women Ministry and Media Ministry Associate. This Webmaster also creates and maintains our Church's online presence, which includes our Church website, Instagram page and Youtube Sermon videos.

Deemed Bloomfield's "Cheerleader", she can be found "loudly and proudly" encouraging Pastor Fuller and Guest Speakers alike who proclaim the Gospel Of Jesus Christ! She is passionate about being in Service to Christ above all else.
